If you don’t know if it’s official, just put a question mark (?) after "Official"

If a fanmade album cover or single cover is fan-made by you, you would format as:
Artist - Album Title / Single Title (User Initials | Year)
If the album cover or single cover is fan-made by someone else, you would format as:
Artist - Album Title / Single Title ( Fan-Made )
