Production wise, reputation is far more consistent and superior. Lyrically and promotionally, 1989 has it beat. I went ahead with reputation just because I’ve hammered the latter to death.

obviously. im so obsessed. i had magazine vol 2 and i ordered vol 1 also.
i loved 1989 but i feel like reputation is a more cohesive album for me than 1989. it feels just too over the place for me now.
