The Australian singer has a new album in store for spring 2018.
The “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head” singer is set to release a new album, Golden, landing three years after Kylie Christmas and four years after Kiss Me Once.
Kylie Minogue found fame in the 1980s with the her debut single “Locomotion” and the follow-up hit “I Should Be So Lucky.” The antipodean singer celebrated the 30th anniversary of the latter song’s release with an Instagram post on December 23, 2017.
Her later track “Spinning Around,” from the album Light Years, released in 2000, brought Kylie back to the forefront of the pop music scene. Comeback success continued with “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head” from the album Fever, released in 2001.
“Dancing” has leaked. It’s different for a Kylie lead, and not what I would’ve necessarily wanted. But I do find it to be a potential summertime bop!
Supposedly the album could leak; BMG is reportedly working to push up the release of both the single and album releases, and is keeping their eyes peeled on potential leak links. This is messy AF.
I love her and all (even if Kiss Me Once was underwhelming), but “Dancing” is complete utter shit. It’s the worst possible combination of “Into the Blue” and Hilary’s “Chasing the Sun” without any of the nuances of either record. If this is an indication of Golden, then this is going to end up being my biggest musical disappointment of the year.
Just in case no one could read that messy font
