Selena Marie Gomez, born July 22, 1992 is an American actress and singer. Gomez signed a recording contract with Hollywood Records in 2008 and subsequently formed her band Selena Gomez & the Scene the following year. The band released three studio albums and produced four top 30 singles by 2011. She has released five studio albums: three with ‘The Scene’ and two as a solo artist:
